Here at College Consulting, LLC our mission is to provide individualized and tailored expertise as we guide our clients through each step of the college process. College consulting does not guarantee admission, but rather works with students to craft their candidate profile for the best chance of admission into any college. Most of our students start services the summer going into their Junior year of high school, but it’s never too early to start planning and preparing. You will work one-on-one with a college advisor to identify your areas of interest, highlight your applicant profile, and develop your extracurricular and academic plans for the remainder of your high school career to ensure you’re meeting the academic rigor colleges and universities are looking for in their applicants. We believe in upholding the integrity of the admissions process and follow ethical boundaries and in providing the best customer service experience for our clients.
About Our Founder
Arianna has been working in higher education since 2016 at her alma mater, Emmanuel College in Boston. As an Assistant Director of Admissions at Emmanuel she read applications and interviewed students from across the globe and has first hand experience understanding the nuances between a qualified applicant, and a competitive applicant in college admissions. While in admissions she also worked on several projects including developing equitable admissions standards for Homeschooled applicants and first generation students.
After several years in Admissions at Emmanuel and Babson college she wanted to expand her skillset into student development which led her to Academic Advising at Northeastern University. It was through Academic Advising where Arianna educated students on how to take accountability over their academic careers and connect with campus resources. As an Advisor Arianna met with students individually to assess their skillset and strategically plan their next four years in the hopes of achieving their full potential and getting the most out of their college experience.
Throughout her time in academia she has continuously partnered with colleagues in athletics, theater, music, and multicultural organizations to best understand what these departments look for in scholarship applicants. She has been a member of professional organizations such as NACAC and NACADA and believes in being a lifelong learner of colleges to provide the most accurate information to her clients and help them find schools that are the “right fit.”
In 2020 she moved into the private sector as a private college consultant helping students gain admission into top universities such as Harvard, Yale, Columbia, Boston University, University of Florida, University of Michigan, Dartmouth, Tufts, Duke University and many more. She is a licensed social worker in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts with a B.A. in Counseling and Health Psychology and Business Management. She holds an M.Ed. in Education Research with a focus on higher education. Throughout her experiences Arianna has become an expert in the field of college admissions.
With an understanding of the admissions process, and the first year transition Arianna knew it was time to share her knowledge and expertise with those who needed it most. The COVID-19 pandemic has truly changed college admissions, and through College Consulting, LLC Arianna has been able to provide students and families with the tools and knowledge necessary to ensure that success is achieved no matter where you choose to attend college.
